Job Summary:
As a Pre-Sales Manager at Aadrika Automation, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by engaging clients at the early stages of the sales cycle. You will assess client needs, propose tailored AV solutions, and support the sales team with technical insights and compelling presentations. This role demands a deep understanding of AV technologies, solution selling, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification
Identify, engage, and qualify potential AV clients and projects
Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential prospects
Customer Needs Assessment
Conduct detailed requirement analysis and site surveys
Understand customer pain points and align them with AV solution capabilities
Solution Design & Presentation
Develop customized AV solution proposals, BOMs, and presentations
Demonstrate products and solutions effectively through demos and technical walkthroughs
Proposal Development
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and technically sound proposals and RFP responses
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure proposals meet customer requirements and expectations
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, design, installation, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including post-sales transitions
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate trust-based relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners
Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on AV technologies and industry best practices
Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on AV trends, innovations, and competitor offerings
Provide feedback to the product and leadership team to help refine offerings and strategies
Sales Enablement
Train and support internal sales teams on technical aspects of AV solutions
Contribute to the development of sales tools, collateral, and training materials
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in the AV industry in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions architect role
Strong knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and automation solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, BOQs, and proposals
Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and demos.
