Roles & Responsibilities:



Lead Presales Strategy:

Drive the development and execution of presales strategies aligned with sales targets and project launches.

Team Management:

Manage and mentor a team of presales executives to ensure timely and effective client engagement.

Client Engagement:

Oversee lead qualification, initial customer interactions, and ensure smooth transition to sales team.

Collaboration with Marketing:

Work closely with marketing to align campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.

CRM Oversight:

Monitor CRM systems for lead tracking, conversion rates, and data accuracy.

Sales Support:

Prepare and present project pitches, customer presentations, and walkthroughs.

Market Intelligence:

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to improve presales effectiveness.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in real estate presales. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.

Pay: ?368,582.21 - ?2,005,769.41 per year
