: Responsible for managing and achieving business objectives of the Presales / Call Centre function of Anarock Group for South India. Responsible for achieving targets for Walkins and Qualifications across various processes within Anarock Group, across ticket sizes, cities and second homes. Responsible for achieving targets of Virtual engagements and sales through the team as required. Ensure coverage across all Customer engagement through focus on high quality, continuous innovation, strategy to achieve desired outcomes through the team. Motivation of team to ensure business outcomes are met. Optimize Sales Processes and Customer Experience to streamline transactions and minimize friction points. Identify, understand, and serve as converser of the market needs in terms of analytical and business solutions. Assist in establishing call center objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, products, analyze call center data, and focus on improving performance and processes in an effort to better support customers. Hire, train, coach, and lead call center representatives as they provide support for customers and set high-quality standards on the leads served by the contact center. Identify customer acquisition opportunities and write sales pitches, provide product knowledge to marketing and sales teams, and analyze potential markets before product launch. Ensure staff members achieve desired service levels and take corrective action as needed, manage leaves, absenteeism, and attrition within the team, and have technical know-how of the CRM and dialer, which will be an added advantage. Design presentations and make Discovery Calls, and ensure strong external and management reporting skills by preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Language requirements - English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. Skills/ Experience required: Go Getter, innovative, persuasive, out of the box thinking. Bachelor's or master's degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent. Experience: 8+ years in Real Estate Pre-Sales, preferably working in the process of a reputed Developer/ Call Centre driving sales Walkins/Site Visits Knowledge of handling tech systems will be an added advantage.
