The Team Leader - Pre-Sales will manage and lead the pre-sales team responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling site visits, and improving lead-to-site-visit and lead-to-booking conversion ratios. The role ensures high productivity, data accuracy, and superior customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of pre-sales executives
Allocate leads and monitor daily call performance and follow-ups
Conduct daily huddles, call reviews, and performance tracking
Ensure achievement of team targets for site visits and conversions
Lead Management & Qualification
Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, portals, and walk-ins
Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and buying intent
Ensure timely follow-ups and appointment scheduling for site visits
Reduce lead leakage and improve response turnaround time (TAT)
CRM & Data Management
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems
Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion funnel
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Coordination with Sales & Marketing
Coordinate closely with site sales teams for site visit planning
Share lead quality feedback with the marketing team
Support project launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
Customer Experience & Compliance
Ensure professional communication and brand representation
Handle customer escalations related to pre-sales interactions
Ensure adherence to RERA norms, company policies, and data privacy
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead response time (TAT)
Lead-to-site-visit conversion ratio
Site-visit-to-booking ratio (supporting sales)
Team productivity and call efficiency
CRM data accuracy and reporting compliance

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
Proven experience in real estate pre-sales or inside sales
