Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling initial customer interactions, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by providing accurate project information. This role acts as the first point of contact for prospective buyers and plays a key role in converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on budget, location, and preferences
Provide detailed information about real estate projects, pricing, floor plans, and amenities
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Follow up with leads to nurture interest and ensure timely responses
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partners for smooth lead handover
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and lead status updates
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not always mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of real estate concepts (preferred)
Ability to work with CRM software and MS Office
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience
Fresher or 0-2 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, or real estate sales support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
