Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective leads and qualify them.
Engage and educate potential buyers about projects, features, location advantages, and pricing.
Schedule site visits and ensure seamless follow-ups for conversion.
Maintain lead data in CRM and share daily/weekly reports with the Sales Head.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for campaigns and walk-ins.
Act as the first point of contact and build rapport with customers.
