Job Summary:
A Presales Executive acts as a vital link between potential clients and the sales team,
ensuring that solutions are tailored to client needs and that only qualified leads
progress through the sales pipeline. This role involves engaging with prospective clients,
understanding their business and financial requirements, conducting market research,
and preparing customized proposals and presentations that highlight the value
proposition of the company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements in Commercial Real Estate and Data Centres
and prepare optimal technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Leverage expertise in electrical and mechanical (HVAC - both high side and low
side) systems to design solutions that meet client and company goals.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, operations, and delivery
teams to ensure solutions are practical and can be smoothly implemented.
Ensure all proposed solutions meet company standards and exceed customer
expectations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in electrical systems and
HVAC technologies.
Support the sales team by delivering product demonstrations, preparing
technical documents, and assisting with solution design and proposals.
Provide high-quality technical advice to establish and maintain customer trust.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver pre-sales tasks and projects on time.
Work with all stakeholders to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a bridge between product and commercial teams, assisting with RFP/RFQ
responses and presenting tailored solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Electrical &
Instrumentation or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HVAC systems (both high and low side), building
automation, or electrical systems.
