About the Company


Multivision Wizards Pvt. Ltd. is a digital marketing and technology agency offering services in Social Media Management, Website & App Development, PPC, SEO, Branding, and Lead Generation. We are expanding our team and looking for a Pre-Sales Intern to support our sales and business development processes.

Role Overview


The Pre-Sales Intern will assist the business development and sales team in researching prospects, preparing proposals, generating leads. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn client communication, proposal creation, and digital marketing services sales.

Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Research & Prospecting



Identify and research potential clients through online platforms. Maintain and update lead databases. Assist in generating leads for digital marketing, website development, etc.

2. Pre-Sales Support



Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations. Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements. Participate in drafting pitches and service explanations.

3. Client Coordination



Schedule client meetings and follow-up calls. Send introductory emails, proposals, and company portfolios. Support communication during the initial stages of the sales cycle.

4. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain client interaction records. Prepare weekly and monthly lead reports. Assist in proposal formatting and documentation.

5. Market & Competitor Research



Study market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing. Share insights with the team to refine sales strategy.

Skills & Qualifications



Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
