Role Overview



We are looking for an energetic and confident

Pre-Sales Executive

to engage with potential customers, explain project offerings, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong convincing ability.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

outbound calls

to potential customers Manage

inbound inquiry calls

and provide project information Explain residential & commercial project details clearly Convert inquiries into interested leads Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team Maintain & update lead database Regular follow-up with prospective customers

Requirements



Strong verbal communication skills Excellent convincing ability Freshers to 6 months experience preferred Positive attitude & willingness to learn Basic computer knowledge
