The Presales Head will lead the presales team and operations to effectively manage and convert inquiries into qualified leads for the sales team. The role is critical in ensuring high-quality client interaction, nurturing leads, and maximizing lead conversion rates for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities : Lead Management & Conversion
Develop and implement efficient lead qualification, nurturing, and handover processes.
Monitor lead stages using ERP and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign strategies and improve lead quality.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor the presales team, including telecallers and relationship executives.
Set performance KPIs and conduct regular reviews to improve conversion rates and call quality.
Ensure team is updated with project knowledge, offerings, pricing, USPs, and customer engagement techniques.
Client Engagement & Communication
Ensure the first-level interaction with customers is informative, courteous, and engaging.
Oversee telephonic, WhatsApp, email, and virtual communication with leads to understand their requirements and offer suitable project options.
Schedule site visits and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on lead flow, quality, response rates, and conversions.
Analyze lost leads and non-responsive inquiries to improve presales strategy.
Maintain and update MIS and dashboards for senior management.
Coordination & Strategy
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to refine presales SOPs.
Participate in strategy meetings and contribute insights for improving sales funnel efficiency.
Coordinate with channel partners, digital marketing agencies, and project heads for lead status and product updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Proven track record in real estate presales or customer engagement leadership roles.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and regional languages.
Strong team management, analytical, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, data analytics, and digital marketing lead ecosystems.
