Job Description

The Presales Head will lead the presales function, driving strategy, team performance, and lead generation to support sales targets and deliver a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute presales strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee online/offline lead generation and improve overall conversion.
Lead, guide, and train the presales team for timely and effective customer interactions.
Collaborate with marketing to create presentations, brochures, virtual tours, and other sales tools.
Conduct market research to understand competition, pricing, and customer preferences.
Track and report key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and enquiry-to-visit ratios.
Ensure smooth coordination between presales, sales, CRM, and marketing.
Maintain an updated customer database and use CRM tools for follow-ups and nurturing.
Support sales teams during site visits, demos, and presentations.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong real estate industry knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Analytical, organized, and strong in problem-solving.
