Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
Inbound telecalling to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline

Engage with
potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up
regularly to nurture prospects.
Assist in
preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the
sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets

Provide timely reports on
lead generation and conversion status.
Build strong
customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction
.
Requirements:
Qualification Graduation .
Minimum
2 years of experience
in telecalling and marketing (presales experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence customers over calls.
Basic knowledge of
sales and marketing processes.
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
