Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
Explain telecom products, services, and offers clearly and effectively.
Identify potential customers' needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Generate qualified leads and forward them to the sales team for conversion.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up details.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Keep up-to-date with telecom products, plans, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telecalling/presales experience in the
telecom industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and respond effectively.
Target-oriented with good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
