Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Pre-Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Source potential clients through online platforms, cold calling, and database management.
Initial Client Engagement:
Contact and qualify leads to understand their property requirements.
Appointment Scheduling:
Set up meetings and site visits for the Sales Executives.
Follow-ups & Relationship Building:
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture leads.
Market Research:
Stay updated on real estate trends, competitive projects, and market insights.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and client interactions.
Requirements:
0-2 years
of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or inside sales (Real estate experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and emails.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on lead conversion.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Kannada (additional languages are a plus).
