Pre-Sales Executive - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities



Connect with potential buyers via phone, email, or in-person to understand their property needs.

Provide detailed information about available properties, amenities, pricing, and location benefits.

Schedule and conduct property tours and site visits for interested clients.

Assess buyer requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their preferences and budget.

Maintain regular communication with prospects to keep them engaged and informed throughout the decision-making process.

Track and manage leads from various sources, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion. Coordinate with sales teams and tele-calling associates to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach with persuasive abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems Team management experience (for senior roles)

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1-3 years of experience in real estate or sales roles Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
