Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team for the August Project. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, understand customer requirements, provide project details, and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified leads.
- Provide detailed information about the August Project to potential clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive conversions.
- Follow up with prospective clients for feedback and next steps.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Fresher's can apply.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or tele calling within the real estate industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of real estate sales and CRM software.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
