Position Overview
The Pre-Sales & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete pre-sales cycle--from responding to demo requests, understanding customer pain points, conducting tailored demos, and driving prospects through evaluation to onboarding. This role also supports the commercial process, account setup, product configuration, and post-go-live assistance to ensure a smooth customer experience.
