Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls on cold data and live leads to identify potential clients.
Encourage clients to schedule site visits by effectively presenting project highlights.
Conduct follow-up and reminder calls to ensure proposed and scheduled site visits are attended.
Welcome clients during site visits and provide a professional and engaging project presentation.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and site visit feedback in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to transition interested clients smoothly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in telemarketing, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in presenting project details.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients effectively.
