Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored BIM solutions.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for BIM services including modeling, coordination, clash detection, and 4D/5D simulations.
Analyse project drawings, specifications, and scope documents to identify estimation parameters.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to support business development efforts.
Assist in preparing responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with accurate technical and commercial inputs.
Maintain a database of historical project costs and estimation benchmarks.
Coordinate with internal BIM teams to validate scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Stay updated with industry trends, BIM standards, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
4+ years of experience in BIM estimation, presales, or related roles in AEC industry.
Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
