Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Executive with a strong background in security products. Must have excellent presentation and communication skills. Must be ready for active field work. The ideal candidate must be confident in cold calling, B2B vendor engagement, and technical pre-sales discussions with both government and private clients. If you've worked with companies like Portronics or other tech-safety product lines, you'll be a great fit.
Active field work such as visiting clients, vendors, Presenting and proposing solutions offered by Enhansafe India and following up on client proposals, representing organization in tenders. Cold calling clients and vendors for Product details, reaching out to new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and fix client/vendor meetings.
Understand client needs and provide pre-sales support, including demonstrations and product overviews.
Collaborate with the sales and product team to tailor solutions based on customer pain points.
Liaise with government departments, vendors, and corporate clients to position Enhansafe's offerings.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and pre-bid documentation.
Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients and solution partners.
Stay updated on latest trends in homeland security & surveillance.
s:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales or Business Development role, preferably in surveillance, or homeland security domains.
Proven experience in cold calling, vendor/vendor onboarding, and client presentations.
Strong understanding of products like CCTV systems, drones, GPS-based tracking security systems, BMS, VMS, Fire alarm systems, access controls systems , boom barrier , turnstiles, Intrusion alarm system, Home automation, Gate Automation systems Automatic door systems and security equipment
Excellent communication English, Marathi & Hindi negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical teams.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos, if required.
Active field work is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Electronics OR MBA in marketing and sales will be preferred.
Prior experience in dealing with govt tenders or PSUs is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory aspects of homeland security products in India.
Certifications in AI marketing & Complimentary skills.
