Key Responsibilities:
Engage with enterprise clients to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions.
Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
Prepare proposals, solution decks, and RFP responses in collaboration with sales and product teams.
Provide technical and functional guidance during client meetings and evaluation stages.
Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closures and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
Perform
telecalling and client engagement
activities within the IT sector to generate and qualify leads.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
2 years
in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Business Solutioning.
Prior experience in
CPaaS / SaaS / Communication / Cloud-based platforms
is highly preferred.
Experience in
telecalling or lead engagement within the IT sector
.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and problem-solving
skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple business terms.
Strong
client engagement and collaboration
abilities.
