Key Responsibilities-
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective buyers.
2. Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and location advantages.
3. Pre-qualify leads by understanding the customer's needs, budget, and buying timeline.
4. Maintain CRM database with updated customer interactions and follow-up status.
5. Coordinate site visits and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
6. Follow up on leads regularly to maintain engagement and interest.
7. Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses.
8. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize lead conversion efforts.
9. Provided customer feedback and market trends to improve marketing strategies.
