The main purpose of this role is to call leads, provide strong follow-up and update the system. They will be reaching out to the potential customers and inviting them to visit the residential complexes of DTC Projects.
KRAs:
Responsible for calling new leads and the old lead database.
Updating the lead status in the Salesforce system.
Follow-up for all leads in the system.
Weekly reporting on leads.
Requirements:
Exposure in tele calling
Good communication skills
Qualifications & Skills:
1-2 years of experience in the Telesales/Real Estate Pre-Sales segment with business-level communication proficiency in all three languages (English, Hindi, Bengali)o Minimum Bachelor's Degreeo Experience in Presales calling (Preferred)o Good technical knowledge in using CRM and Computer systemo Age: Maximum 30 years
