Rahane Realty Ltd. is a growing real estate organization focused on delivering quality residential and commercial solutions. As we expand our operations, we are looking to strengthen our Sales team with a driven and result oriented Pres Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on generated leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
Understand client requirements and share accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Generate and maintain a daily pipeline of qualified prospects.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover.
Maintain proper call records, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM or trackers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support conversion.
Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Hindi is an added advantage).
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
Prior experience in
telecalling / pre-sales / inside sales
is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to work in a
target driven environment
.
Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage but not compulsory.
Freshers
with strong communication skills may also apply.
