About the Role
We are looking for a confident and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by generating leads, understanding client needs, and presenting our IT/software solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
? Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and online demos.
? Understand customer requirements and share suitable product information.
? Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and detailed product discussions.
? Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
? Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and basic product documentation.
? Build strong relationships with prospects to support the sales conversion process.
Skills & Qualifications
? Graduate in any field (preferred).
? Fluent communication skills (verbal & written).
? Confidence in interacting with clients over calls and meetings.
? Basic understanding of IT/software products (training will be provided).
? Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
