Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound
cold calls
to prospective clients for real estate projects
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups
Understand client requirements and provide accurate project information
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain regular
client follow-ups
to ensure lead conversion
Update and maintain lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Required Skills & Experience:
Mandatory:
6 months to 2 years of experience in
real estate pre-sales / telecalling / cold calling
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle objections and close meetings
Customer-focused approach with good follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and calling systems
