About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Pre-Sales Executive

with experience in

HRMS (Human Resource Management System)

or SaaS-based HR technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between client needs and our product capabilities--supporting the sales team through product demonstrations, requirement analysis, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities



Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored HRMS solutions. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients. Collaborate with the product and technical teams to design customized solutions based on client needs. Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare functional and technical proposals. Understand and articulate the value proposition of HRMS modules (Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, Performance, ESS, etc.). Analyze competitor products and provide insights to improve solution positioning. Participate in client meetings (onsite/virtual) to support sales closure and ensure smooth handover to the implementation team. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR tech trends and regulatory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) relevant to HRMS. Support marketing and sales initiatives by creating solution documents, case studies, and demo scripts.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2-5 years of experience in

Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Product Demonstrations

within the

HRMS / Payroll / ERP / SaaS

domain. Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance frameworks (India-specific knowledge preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate client requirements into actionable technical or functional solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and presentation software.

Preferred Attributes



Experience with popular HRMS Knowledge of integrations (API, payroll, biometrics, etc.). Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
