Key Responsibilities
:
-Client Communication: Initiate and manage calls to clients, understanding their interior design needs and providing personalized suggestions.
-Sales & Marketing: Promote the company's interior design services, materials, and products to prospective clients.
-Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends in interior design, materials, furniture.
-Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, marketing campaigns, and follow-ups with potential clients.
-Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Update and maintain client records in the CRM system, track communication, and follow-up on leads.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the design and sales teams to align client requirements with design offerings.
-Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients after consultations or services, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. (Optional: Certification in Telemarketing or Sales)
-Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales
-Skills:
o Excellent communication skills.
o Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
o Good listening and problem-solving skills.
o Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
