Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Pre-Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales process by engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, preparing business proposals, and providing customized solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and business challenges.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Draft detailed scope documents, RFP responses, and solution pitches.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and industry trends.
Engage with clients to clarify technical/functional requirements.
Support the sales team in developing strategies to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing) to design tailored solutions.
Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the project team.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation, documentation, and proposal writing skills.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of digital marketing, IT services, or software solutions will be an added advantage.
