About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Presales Executive to join our team. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with the sales team, and help ensure a smooth pre-sales process for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Talk to potential customers through calls, emails, and help plan site visits.
Share clear project details and answer customer questions.
Update and maintain lead information in google sheet
Work with the sales and marketing teams to turn leads into potential clients.
Follow up with customers to keep them engaged and satisfied.
Requirements:
Any Graduate.
Strong communication and people skills.
Experience in real estate presales or customer support is a plus.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,121.03 - ₹30,025.77 per month
