Deliver engaging
product demonstrations
to hospital administrators and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and tailor demos to address their specific challenges.
Clearly explain how the product adds value to hospital operations and patient management.
Collaborate with the sales team for scheduling demos, following up with leads, and capturing feedback.
Handle client queries and provide accurate information about product modules and capabilities.
Stay updated on new product features and enhancements.
Maintain demo details, client interactions, and insights in CRM tools.
Share feedback with internal teams to improve demo effectiveness and product positioning.
Requirements:
Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
or
(BBA)
equivalent qualification (preferred).
0-3 years of experience in
pre-sales, hospital software, or healthcare operations.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of hospital workflows such as registration, billing, pharmacy, and lab.
Ability to present technical solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with hospital leadership.
