Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project details.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong lead pipeline for the sales team.
Explain project features, benefits, pricing, and other details clearly to prospects.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate information.
Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp until conversion stage.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and events.
Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat/referral business.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and telecalling skills.
Knowledge of the construction/real estate domain (projects, pricing, customer queries).
Ability to handle objections and provide convincing responses.
Good MS Office and CRM software knowledge.
Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
2-6 years of telecalling / pre-sales / inside sales experience in
construction, real estate, or related sectors
