Job Responsibilities:



Handling inbound and outbound calls. Following up with potential leads. Explaining project details to customers. Scheduling site visits. Maintaining a lead database. Coordinating with the sales team. Sending follow-up emails and messages. Addressing customer queries. Providing pricing and payment details. Handling objections and concerns. Collecting customer feedback. Updating CRM records. Reminding customers about due payments. Promoting new projects. Generating referrals from existing clients. Understanding customer requirements. Sharing brochures and floor plans. Assisting in closing deals. Maintaining call logs. Ensuring excellent customer service.
