Job Title: Presales Specialist - Real Estate
Location: Panaiyur, Chennai
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote residential or commercial real estate projects.
Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up on inquiries, and handle incoming calls effectively.
Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and investment benefits.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and follow-up status.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client experiences.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align strategies and improve conversion rates.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1-3 years of telesales experience (real estate industry preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English
Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM software.
Personality: Confident, energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection professionally.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of calls made per day
Qualified leads generated
Conversion ratio (calls to bookings)
Site visits scheduled
Monthly/quarterly sales target achievement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
