Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest.
Clearly explain our product/service offerings and answer initial questions.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications
Experience:
1-2 years of proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Ability to engage potential clients and confidently present information.
Attitude:
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
Language:
Fluency in English and Tamil
