Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with prospective students from online and offline leads.
Explain course details, batches, and training options clearly and confidently.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status using Excel or CRM tools.
Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams for smooth conversions.
Share daily updates and feedback on lead status with reporting manager.
Support promotional activities, webinars, and counseling events.
Requirements
Female candidates only
(Freshers welcome).
Strong communication skills in
English and Tamil
.
Pleasant personality with confidence in handling calls and walk-ins.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
