Roles and Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research and cold calling.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer queries and highlight benefits.
Customer Needs Assessment: Listen to customer needs, provide relevant information, and offer solutions that match their requirements.
Sales Process Management: Follow the sales process, including prospecting, presenting, handling objections, and closing sales.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and outcomes in the CRM system. Report on performance, including call volume, sales conversion, and targets met.
Meet Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during or after the sales process.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers after initial contact to close sales or provide further assistance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Persuasive and confident with a focus on closing sales.
Ability to handle objections and turn rejections into opportunities.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
