Role Overview:


We are seeking a

Presales Executive

with strong communication and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their requirements, scheduling site visits, and assisting them in making property purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outbound calls to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options. Convince and schedule clients for site visits. Follow up with clients to ensure conversions and closures. Maintain and update lead data in CRM. Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in telesales/inside sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory). Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
