Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound lead generation through calls, emails, and digital platforms to identify potential real estate clients.
Qualify leads by understanding their real estate requirements and assessing their purchasing potential.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients about available properties, project features, pricing, and offers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for seamless customer experience.
Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client details and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales funnel.
Build rapport with prospective clients to nurture long-term relationships and ensure future business opportunities.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and necessary documentation required for clients.
Track leads from initial contact through closure and provide feedback on the quality and status of each lead.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a
Pre-Sales
or
Sales Coordination
role, ideally within the
real estate
sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
Proven experience in lead generation, customer handling, and coordinating sales activities.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
Graduates are preferred; however, undergraduates with relevant experience will be considered.
