Responsibilities:Lead Qualification & Client Engagement:
Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and qualify leads.
Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations:
Conduct online and in-person demos of the SaaS eCommerce platform.
Prepare customized presentations and product walkthroughs based on client
requirements.
Provide product insights and recommendations based on customer pain points.
Onboarding & Support:
Collaborate with onboarding specialists to ensure smooth implementation of the
platform.
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless post-sales transition.
Market & Competitive Research:
Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Gather client feedback to enhance product offerings.
Required Skills2-4 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role (SaaS/eCommerce
experience preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
