Key Responsibilities:
Generate business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms.
Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals to win projects.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide accurate project estimates.
Build long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert them into successful projects.
Maintain records of proposals, project progress, and client communication.
Meet monthly and quarterly business generation targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
0-2 years of proven experience in online bidding or IT sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing).
Proficiency in proposal writing, client communication, and negotiation.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
