Role Overview (What You'll Do)
As a
Pre-Sales Executive
, you'll be the
first interaction point
for learners who have already shown interest through our website, ads, or events.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with
inbound leads
(no field sales).
Understand the learner's background, goals, and requirements.
Explain course structure, learning outcomes, and placement support clearly.
Qualify interested leads
and pass high-intent prospects to the Sales/Counseling team.
Schedule demos, counseling calls, and follow-ups.
Update lead details and remarks in CRM.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for smooth handover.
Ensure a positive, professional experience for every learner.
Who Can Apply?
Freshers or 1 year experience
in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Support / EdTech
Graduates from
B.Tech, BCA, BBA, MBA, BA, BSc
(any discipline welcome)
Candidates with
good communication skills
and confidence on calls
People looking for
