Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls, respond to property inquiries, and generate leads. Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and USPs to prospective customers. Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and follow-ups. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client data and interaction history. Nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and other engagement methods. Schedule and confirm client appointments for the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets. Support in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and digital lead management.
