Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound leads
generated through portals, campaigns, and walk-ins
Make
initial qualification calls
to understand customer requirements
Explain project details: location, pricing, configurations, and offers
Schedule and coordinate
site visits
with the sales team
Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel
Conduct
follow-ups
with interested prospects (no chasing uninterested leads)
Work closely with sales managers to ensure smooth handover
Ensure high-quality customer interaction and professional communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory:
Prior experience in
real estate pre-sales or sales support
Strong spoken
English communication
(clients are professionals & decision-makers)
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and lead qualification
Basic knowledge of CRM systems or Excel tracking
Professional attitude, patience, and clarity while speaking to customers
Ability to work weekends (real estate peak days)
