Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic

Pre-Sales Executive

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team by providing essential pre-sales support. This is a client-facing role focused on building relationships and ensuring a seamless customer journey from the initial inquiry to the handover to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound inquiries and leads generated through various channels (calls, emails, social media, website, walk-ins, etc.). Conduct initial qualification of leads based on their requirements, budget, and preferences. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update lead status in the CRM system. Provide detailed information about the property/project, including features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans. Schedule and coordinate site visits or virtual tours for potential clients. Follow up with leads regularly via calls, messages, or emails to nurture interest and keep them engaged. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for closure. Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials for ongoing projects. Gather and document customer feedback and market insights for internal analysis. Ensure timely response and professional communication with all prospective customers.

Key Skills and Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences. Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification:



Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
