Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls for new leads.
Qualify leads, understand requirements, and pitch relevant projects.
Schedule site visits & coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain CRM logs, follow-up trackers, and lead reports.
Deliver high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience (Real Estate/Tele-calling preferred).
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Ability to manage high-volume lead funnels.
Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused.
