Ravetkar Group is looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to convert leads into qualified site visits through structured follow-ups, calls, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily tele-calling and lead follow-ups
Schedule and confirm appointments for site visits
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate lead tagging
Coordinate with the sales team for visit confirmations
Nurture leads to improve conversion ratios
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Lead-to-Visit conversion %
Daily call volume and touchpoints
Show-up ratio
CRM data compliance
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in pre-sales or tele-calling (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Experience with CRM tools
