KRA:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Present product/service offerings to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Prepare daily reports and updates for management, summarizing sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, processes, and performance to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: real estate, luxury cars, insurance, investment banking, or ed tech.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace and CRM software.
