We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to manage client inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and client queries.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
Share project details and schedule site visits.
Maintain CRM records and client databases.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong client handling and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of real estate preferred.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
