Key Responsibilities:



Generate and qualify leads for the

Hyderabad real estate market

through calls, emails, and digital platforms, ensuring a consistent flow of prospects. Understand client needs specific to the Hyderabad market and provide tailored real estate solutions. Provide accurate information to clients about

Hyderabad-based properties

, project features, pricing, and any ongoing offers. Coordinate and schedule site visits for potential clients, collaborating with on-ground sales teams in Hyderabad. Maintain and update the CRM system with client data and track progress from initial contact to deal closure. Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and required documentation for potential buyers in the Hyderabad region. Build strong relationships with prospective clients, nurturing long-term engagement for future opportunities. Assist in identifying market trends and customer needs in the Hyderabad real estate sector.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Fluency in Telugu

(mandatory) and

English

to engage effectively with clients in the Hyderabad market. Minimum of 1 year of experience in

Pre-Sales

or

Sales Coordination

within the

real estate

sector. Proven ability to generate leads, qualify clients, and handle customer inquiries specific to the Hyderabad real estate market. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey property details clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive, customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. Graduates are preferred; however, undergraduates with relevant experience will be considered.
